Review/edit content in the content management system workflow for writing, brand, web standards, and overall user experience.

Manage website taxonomy, content structure, and tagging.

Optimize landing pages, branding, and user experience.

Ensure content is published to enable tracking and measurement.

Monitor, measure, and assess content performance.

Develop forms and automation for generating leads from the website.

Prepare web analytics reports, providing insights and suggestions to achieve goals.

Assist in managing the translation process for website content and supporting technologies.

Create detailed requirements, system documentation, user guides, and perform user acceptance testing.

Perform routine maintenance for all content in the CMS.

Support the digital marketing team with platform management within the digital marketing stack.

Apply SEO best practices for website publishing to maximize reach.

Maintain system health and ease of maintenance through content administration.

Provide web best practices consulting to the marketing team as needed.

Perform other web support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  1. Experience managing and maintaining CMS and using editorial style guides for a corporate website.
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
  3. Experience with enterprise CMS; Sitecore preferred.
  4. Knowledge of web best practices including UX, design, privacy, optimization, SEO, and ADA compliance.
  5. Experience creating and publishing content on customer-facing websites.
  6. Experience working with external web development partners and internal IT teams.
  7. Proficiency with project/issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
  8. Proficiency in HTML/CSS for custom web layouts.
  9. Knowledge of UX fundamentals, responsive design, and ADA compliance.
  10. Experience managing large multi-lingual corporate websites.
  11. Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  12. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  13. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required:
  1. Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or relevant fields.
  2. 5-10 years in digital marketing.
  3. 5-10 years working with enterprise CMS.
  4. In-depth HTML and CSS knowledge.
Preferred:
  1. Experience with Sitecore, HubSpot, Google Analytics.
  2. Understanding of website infrastructure and deployment.
  3. Experience with enterprise website search platforms.
  4. Familiarity with Bootstrap framework.
