Job Title: Installation Mechanic

Role Overview:

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the safety of passengers and stakeholders by safely installing elevator and escalator units.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install new elevators with quality and efficiency.
2. Work safely according to Environmental Health & Safety guidelines.
3. Stay overnight when required.
4. Communicate directly with customers on-site to foster good relationships.
5. Conduct inspections before and after installation to ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified mechanic with knowledge of elevator equipment and installation principles.
2. Qualified to install elevators per local standards.
3. Possess a valid driver's license if necessary.
4. At least 6 months of experience in elevator assembly or installation.
5. Good electrical and mechanical skills.
6. Ability to read plans and perform calculations.
7. Interest in technical products and new technologies.
8. Enjoy manual trades and seeing finished work.
