Jobbeschreibung

As leading part of the Product Assurance department, you will have the following responsibilities :

• Set up and adaption of project-specific product assurance plans according to customer requirements;
• Coordination of planned measures with internal and external customers
• Implementation of the agreed requirements in the project;
• Leading the internal product assurance team and coordinating the relevant technical experts;
• Definition of product assurance requirements for subcontracts and review / approval of the resulting plans;
• Monitoring of subcontractors in the implementation of these requirements and acceptance of their deliveries and services;
• Coordination / implementation of product assurance tasks during development and production in-house and with subcontractors;
• Coordination / execution of inspections and monitoring of test activities in-house and at subcontractors;
• Set up and approval of the relevant product assurance documents;
• Supporting the quality management officer in the further development / optimization and implementation of the company's internal quality management system.

Qualifications

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience :

• Degree in physics, electronics, computer science, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable degree or professional expertise plus extensive training
• 5 to 10 years of project experience in aerospace projects or projects of comparable complexity preferably as lead PA Manager in ESA satellite projects
• Interest or experience in working with extensive requirements documents and standards
• High negotiation skills, used to develop and make decisions
• High sense of responsibility
• Independently, proactive, structured and goal-orientated working method
• Team-orientation and excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German or another European language is an advantage.
