Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Agent AI - (Logistics Service) to join our Logistics Service team, where our mission is to increase loyalty through exceptional service experiences. As a Senior Product Manager, you will develop high-impact products shaping future service experiences for millions of customers, riders, and vendors across Delivery Hero’s 70+ markets. Your tools will be used daily by thousands of agents worldwide.

In our Logistics Team, you'll address challenges to make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable, directly improving experiences for riders, customers, and merchants globally. Your contributions will help optimize delivery operations and support expansion into new sectors like grocery and retail.

Key responsibilities include:

• Scaling and enhancing our AI-powered guided assistance for Agents, boosting productivity and service quality
• Developing and setting targets for new KPIs linked to operational and performance metrics
• Leading a cross-functional team including engineering, data science, design/UX, analytics, and operations to create an excellent Agent user experience
• Collaborating with local stakeholders across Delivery Hero's network to align requirements
• Applying AI and ML to service products across our portfolio
• Gaining expertise in Agent Service and tooling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with proven results
• Experience developing AI-driven products and collaborating with data scientists and ML engineers
• Data-driven approach with the ability to synthesize multiple data sources into strategic insights
• Understanding of technical architecture of scalable, distributed, real-time applications
• Successful track record of launching and iteratively improving innovative products, with strong prioritization skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
