Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month rotation program gaining insights into various departments of our international competence and service hub.
• Work with your mentor to develop a personal growth plan aligned with your interests and strengths.
• Get familiar with different departments, understanding both unit-specific and cross-unit tasks.
• Take responsibility for projects and contribute ideas to optimize services.
• Expand your network and intercultural skills during a three-month abroad stay or assignment at another BASF Group company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, social sciences, or humanities.
• Practical experience through internships or working student activities; international experience is a plus.
• Customer-oriented, motivated to communicate and explore new topics.
• Strong team skills and excellent English communication; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
