Jobbeschreibung

Job Responsibilities

1. Work on the development of the next generation of air conditioning products for residential applications.
2. Responsible for elaborating market specifications for new air conditioning product developments and portfolio modifications.
3. Support the technical design of air conditioning products, considering efficiency, manufacturing, and safety requirements, in coordination with multifunctional R&D teams.
4. Plan air conditioning products and their certifications, and coordinate testing with internal and external partners.
5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities related to the product portfolio.
6. Participate in strategic customer meetings in collaboration with the sales department.
7. Work with international experts and present work results clearly and understandably.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, or similar) with applicable experience, or Master's degree in Engineering.
2. 35 years of applicable experience in the HVAC sector, preferably in the residential AC sector.
3. Good knowledge of mechatronics, control engineering, programming, and thermodynamics is advantageous.
4. Experience in planning and implementing concepts and projects.
5. Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, capable of engaging with diverse audiences including cross-functional teams, senior leaders, global suppliers, and external customers.
7. High initiative and flexibility, with willingness to travel.
