Job Description:

Location: Europe and US

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Commercial Capabilities for our Human Health Learning & Development division. This role offers a global opportunity to lead a team and drive transformational projects within the Human Health (HH) division at our organization.

As the Learning Director, you will be responsible for leading a team that develops innovative learning experiences to enhance the commercial capabilities and skills of employees within our Human Health division, including HH US, HH International, and HH Global Marketing. You will focus on areas critical to commercial success such as data and analytics, marketing strategy, digital marketing, market access and policy, and customer engagement. Your role will be pivotal in identifying the most critical capabilities for future commercial leaders and ensuring our employees are equipped with the necessary skills.

Working closely with senior organizational leaders and sponsors, you will identify and address learning needs as part of commercial transformation initiatives. You will oversee the design and development of learning solutions with internal and external experts and play a key role in preparing markets for deployment. Additionally, you will evaluate the impact of learning experiences on business outcomes.

As a member of the HH L&D leadership team in GL&D, you will report to the Executive Director of GL&D-HH and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders within the Human Health division. Your primary focus will be on developing critical capabilities to drive business success and foster an engaged workforce.

We seek a candidate with a strong background in leadership and people management in Big Pharma sales, marketing, and/or Learning and Development. A bachelor’s degree with extensive related experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
