Position Overview

During your dual study program, you will learn about various departments and tasks at Xerox and our local sales partners. A focus will be your involvement in our sales organization, where you will:

• Analyze and evaluate customer requirements
• Consult customers regarding hardware and software and conduct product presentations
• Develop and adapt concepts for print and document management processes according to customer requirements and economic considerations
• Implement or adapt Xerox software, hardware, and workflow solutions in our customers' IT and print infrastructure
• Conduct customer-specific tests of hardware and software
• Actively engage in customer communication, from initial contact with a new customer to resolving complaints and preparing an offer.

You will be integrated into the respective teams and work processes from the beginning and take on responsibility early on. The theoretical knowledge for your actions will be acquired both in vocational school and at the University of Economics and Management (FOM) in Düsseldorf.

Qualifications

You have completed your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife with good results. You excel in Mathematics, German, and English, as reflected in your grades. You are fascinated by the digital world and its possibilities, and you are familiar with electronic devices, cloud, apps, and more, not just through games. Ideally, you have also gained some practical experience in sales, commercial, or IT areas, for example, through an internship, part-time job, or volunteer work. You approach new situations and people openly and curiously. Reliability and independence are your strengths. You are sociable, communicative, and enjoy working in a team.
