Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) 40 % Home-Office – DIREKTVERMITTLUNG

- Salary range: 50,000 to 58,000 € per year (depending on experience)
- Home office: 2 days per week

Your Responsibilities:
- Independent order processing including order entry in the ERP system, monitoring deadlines, coordinating with production planning, logistics, and invoicing
- Ensuring continuous product availability for defined customers through proactive inventory planning and management based on agreed call-off quantities and delivery conditions
- Regular coordination with customers regarding delivery options, production capacities, and campaign planning to ensure smooth operations
- System-supported recording, analysis, and processing of logistics- and service-related complaints in collaboration with relevant departments
- Preparation, review, and posting of sales-related billing documents
Our Requirements:
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g., industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, logistics services clerk – or comparable
- At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service/order processing
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software, ideally SAP (SD)
- Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (at least B2) spoken and written
- Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of service
- Negotiation skills and a high willingness to take responsibility
