Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) 40 % Home-Office – DIREKTVERMITTLUNG

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independent order processing including order entry in the ERP system, monitoring deadlines, coordinating with production planning, logistics, and invoicing
  • Ensuring continuous product availability for defined customers through proactive inventory planning and management based on agreed call-off quantities and delivery conditions
  • Regular coordination with customers regarding delivery options, production capacities, and campaign planning to ensure smooth operations
  • System-supported recording, analysis, and processing of logistics- and service-related complaints in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Preparation, review, and posting of sales-related billing documents

Our Requirements:

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g., industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, logistics services clerk – or comparable
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service/order processing
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software, ideally SAP (SD)
  • Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (at least B2) spoken and written
  • Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of service
  • Negotiation skills and a high willingness to take responsibility
