About The Role

Software Engineers at Gr4vy collaborate across product, engineering, design, and other stakeholders. We operate in short two-week sprints, regularly sharing, reflecting, and iterating on our work.

Our platform utilizes Python with the FastAPI framework, along with React and Typescript for most frontend development. We employ unit, integration, and acceptance tests to guide design and ensure functionality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute actively to team projects following best coding practices.
2. Be open to learning new backend design patterns.
3. Influence tasks within your immediate team.
4. Collaborate with the product manager to understand tasks thoroughly.
5. Work with support from senior engineers to understand problems and solutions.
6. Review pull requests from peers to understand diverse implementation approaches.
