What you'll do

• Topics include, but are not limited to: HR Strategy, Recruiting, Job Architecture, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Workforce Planning, and Development Planning.
• You will be mentored by an experienced professional who will help identify your career prospects, provide feedback, and plan your development.
• You will build a professional network with senior executives and other trainees worldwide, gaining a steep learning curve and increasing your visibility within Henkel.
• The program begins as soon as possible, starting with a station with a Senior HR Business Partner with over 15 years of experience.
