We are seeking a Project and Transition Manager (m/w/d) for our location in Bamberg.

Position Details

Responsibilities
  1. Plan and independently lead various transition, transformation, and IT outsourcing projects.
  2. Handle tasks across all project phases, including the coordinated handover of project results to clients.
  3. Monitor project costs, timelines, and deliverables.
  4. Manage project teams and stakeholders, keeping all parties informed about project status.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role as a Transition/Project Manager.
  • Experience with project management tools, methods, and processes (e.g., PMP/PMI, PRINCE2) is preferred.
  • Strong personality, communication skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations confidently and empathetically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including in English, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with document processing solutions such as Kofax, Insiders, OPEX, ABBYY, or OCR/ICR software is desirable.
