As our Senior Product Designer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Owning and leading the user experience and design of reev products, collaborating with Engineers and Product Managers from discovery to execution.
• Contributing to the disruption of existing products, aiming for usability excellence.
• Creating visualizations and prototypes to communicate ideas, explaining and justifying design choices.
• Developing high-fidelity designs aligned with product goals and user expectations.
• Engaging regularly with users through interviews and testing to understand diverse user needs.
• Using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design and product decisions.
• Developing and maintaining design systems and principles for consistent, scalable, and accessible user experiences.
• Collaborating with the Marketing Designer to ensure a cohesive reev experience across touchpoints.
• Scaling design operations across teams and external agencies.

What you bring along

• 5+ years as a UX/UI Designer, preferably for B2B SaaS products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and user-centric design skills.
• Curiosity about users and emerging technologies informing design work.
• A desire to challenge and disrupt the status quo.
• High attention to detail and design excellence.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
• Strong communication skills in English; German B2 level for user interviews.
