Responsibilities:
- Analyze and coordinate the development of global end-to-end (E2E) business processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives of the ZEISS MED segment and IT experts.
- Improve, build, and test existing SAP templates and add new functionalities to adapt to required E2E business process changes within the global template.
- Support change control and demand management for ZEISS entities operating in SAP S/4HANA.
- Provide functional and process expertise based on current processes to design future processes, identifying handover points and interfaces to other E2E processes.
- Prepare decisions on future process designs within E2E workstreams and collaborate with ZEISS MED process owners.
- Act as a coordinator within the ZEISS MED segment to facilitate effective design work and drive transformation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Support the creation of training concepts and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in Production and Logistics Management within the manufacturing industry, including Devices and/or Implants & Disposables.
- Deep understanding of E2E business processes such as Production and Supply Planning, Production Execution, Plant Maintenance, and integration with production-related systems like Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Proven experience in managing business requirements and designing business processes.
- Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA, along with relevant third-party business systems.
- Industry-specific knowledge.
- Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
- Ability to network effectively and work in intercultural, interdisciplinary, global teams.
- Business fluency in English and German (mandatory).
