Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich.
• Erfahrung mit Microsoft Windows und Linux-Systemen.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.

Aufgaben

• Identifizierung und Lösung von Störungen und Sicherheitsvorfällen im 2nd und 3rd Level Support.
• Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten globaler IT-Initiativen.
• Automatisierung repetitiver Tätigkeiten zur Effizienzsteigerung.

Your Tasks

• Identify and resolve disruptions and security incidents within 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Lead (sub-)projects of global IT initiatives, develop and implement IT processes and methods.
• Automate repetitive activities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute ideas and efforts to professionalize the global infrastructure team worldwide.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in IT or a related technical qualification, preferably with 5+ years of professional experience.
• Good understanding and sensitivity towards IT security.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Windows systems, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• At least 3 years of experience with Linux server systems and services.
• At least 3 years of experience with two or more of the following technologies: Atlassian Jira, switching, firewalls, endpoint protection, VMware.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
• Initiative, self-organization, and a structured working approach.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in German and English.

Nice to have

• ITIL knowledge.
• Experience in project management (technical/organizational).
