Your Responsibilities

Account management is therefore playing a crucial role in establishing strong relationships with our customers and unleashing the full potential of Jedox throughout the accounts. We are looking for an account manager to join the team and thereby strengthen the backbone of customer management in the DACH region.

Position is to be filled remote from Germany or Hybrid from Frankfurt or Freiburg.

In this role, you will be the champion for a set of accounts and drive the commercial success with those accounts towards quota achievement. Your mission is to ensure that the value we deliver to our customers is continuously growing and we establish Jedox as a mission critical tool in several departments and for several use cases.

Therefore, your responsibilities will be:

  1. Build strong relationships with identified key contacts
  2. Actively broaden your network within your accounts and advocate Jedox’ full potential
  3. Identify whitespace and deal potential
  4. Define the account strategy and milestones for expansion and cross-sell
  5. Initiate discovery and demo sessions
  6. Drive identified opportunities towards deal closure
  7. Be involved in the analysis of success drivers and blockers for the continuous improvement of our approach

Your Profile

  • Good balance of a crushing the targets attitude and a team player personality
  • High level of interpersonal intelligence and strong influencing skills – and you greatly enjoy applying those
  • Experience in sales, business development or customer success
  • Eagerness to push the boundaries of sales efficiency and therefore a certain appreciation for data, tools and structure
  • Passion for working in a constantly moving and fast-growing SaaS environment and an entrepreneurial drive to make things happen
  • Expertise or a sound understanding of Finance xP&A / EPM / BI is an advantage
  • Speaking fluently German is mandatory as you will be part of our DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
