GROW WITH US! To strengthen our team, we have an immediate opening for a Customer Support Engineer Audio Infrastructure (m/f/x).

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and perform incident management for audio infrastructure solutions globally, utilizing network- and IT-based technologies and broadcast products.
  • Work in an agile team environment within our Professional Service Group, focusing on technical support, project deployment assistance, and participating in our 24/7 support hotline (rota).
  • Support external customers and internal stakeholders with technical expertise, operational workflows, application, and system knowledge to ensure customer success.
  • Engage with state-of-the-art products and stay updated with technological advancements in a rapidly evolving company.
  • Analyze systems, perform system updates, and conduct health checks remotely and on-site as part of your duties.
Your Profile
  • Degree in audio and/or network engineering, a comparable technical education, or professional experience; preferably with expertise in broadcasting and IT technology.
  • Experience in the broadcast industry and knowledge of Media Networks, especially radio audio infrastructure and media network integration, is advantageous.
  • Experience with Lawo products, particularly radio consoles and related audio devices, is beneficial.
  • Proactive, independent, structured, and reliable work approach.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
