We are looking for a Product Owner for the Corporate Academy (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible. If you are interested, please apply online.
This position is part of our corporate academy called "CS Universe-ity," which aims to upskill 20,000 colleagues within Customer Solutions on competencies to excel in delivering the segment's strategic ambitions.
Your Tasks:
- Prepare detailed delivery and execution plans for each journey milestone, ensuring a customer-centric approach aligned with learner expectations and needs.
- Drive the strategic development and seamless execution of an innovative learning journey.
- Develop engaging journeys for target groups (Leadership, Global Practitioners, Regional teams).
- Take ownership of digital learning modules and ensure their ongoing development.
- Organize content into effective learning experiences.
- Collaborate with regional teams for local journey implementation and activation to ensure high engagement levels.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet best practices in digital learning.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a solution-oriented working mode.
- Strong analytical skills for decision-making.
- Strong affinity for digital learning.
- Effective communication skills in English and German.
