This position is part of our corporate academy called "CS Universe-ity," which aims to upskill 20,000 colleagues within Customer Solutions on competencies to excel in delivering the segment's strategic ambitions.

Your Tasks:

1. Prepare detailed delivery and execution plans for each journey milestone, ensuring a customer-centric approach aligned with learner expectations and needs.
2. Drive the strategic development and seamless execution of an innovative learning journey.
3. Develop engaging journeys for target groups (Leadership, Global Practitioners, Regional teams).
4. Take ownership of digital learning modules and ensure their ongoing development.
5. Organize content into effective learning experiences.
6. Collaborate with regional teams for local journey implementation and activation to ensure high engagement levels.
7. Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet best practices in digital learning.

Your Profile:

1. Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Technology, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of professional experience.
3. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a solution-oriented working mode.
4. Strong analytical skills for decision-making.
5. Strong affinity for digital learning.
6. Effective communication skills in English and German.
