The Partner in Human Resources will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and driving initiatives that support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR, a deep understanding of best practices, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

How your day will look like. You will:

  • Implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Drive employee engagement and productivity
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Manage HR initiatives that support organizational change and growth.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
  • Oversee retention and development programs to ensure we attract and retain top talent
  • Ensure compliance with German labor laws and company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or related field
  • Proven experience as HR Partner or similar role in international environments
  • In-depth knowledge of German labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Fluent in English and German
