What You Can Expect

The Shared Services Team Leader will oversee HR Operations activities across EMEA-based employees. Leading teams in-country and at the GBS center in Warsaw, Poland, you will ensure the smooth delivery of operational HR activities. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders, you will ensure the HR Shared Service teams meet the diverse needs of our business.

How You'll Create Impact

• Providing leadership, coaching, and management to the HR Operations teams.
• Partnering to implement change management strategies, influencing leadership and processes.
• Overseeing HR operational activities such as data entry, employee records, benefits, employee relations, union requirements, letter generation, and fleet management.
• Leading specific projects to support HR plans and policies.
• Developing management reports and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Updating HR policies in line with regional practices.
