Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, passionate Retail Artist (part-time) with a love for clean, luxury beauty. The role involves educating clients on Gucci Westman’s makeup philosophy and providing the highest level of client experience.

Responsibilities

1. Provide welcoming, personalized, and professional service to all customers at all times.
2. Assist customers with product selection and application.
3. Provide shade recommendations and help customers choose products.
4. Stay updated on Westman Atelier products and education; uphold brand guidelines.
5. Attend and actively participate in training sessions, virtual or at-counter, as provided by the Sales and Education Team; apply learnings on the job.
6. Practice proper hygiene when demonstrating products on clients.
7. Maintain consistent and effective client engagement and follow-up.
8. Achieve all sales targets and KPIs for AUS and IPT.
9. Record and report out-of-stock items to the manager; follow up for timely replenishment.
10. Maintain cleanliness of the counter and testers/test units.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, especially within the beauty industry, is preferred.
• Experience in makeup artistry or luxury skincare is a plus, but we welcome creative, eager learners.
• Ability to follow brand and retailer image guidelines at all times.
• Passion for clean, luxury beauty is preferred.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and during special events.
