Our pasta team is expanding! We seek a creative, solution-oriented professional passionate about laboratory and scientific work, eager to join an engaged team. This role involves:

• Consulting & Development: Providing application technology consulting on raw materials and additives for the pasta industry.
• Formulation & Ingredients: Developing new recipes, selecting raw materials, documenting formulations, interpreting test results, and deriving practical recommendations.
• Innovation Management: Screening new raw materials, especially enzymes and colorants for pasta products.
• Practical Testing & Analysis: Producing test samples using pilot plants and conducting texture and color measurements.
• Industrial Trials & Customer Support: Managing large-scale production trials at customer sites.
• Training & Seminars: Conducting internal and external training sessions.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitoring industry trends and conducting quality assurance testing.

Qualifications

• Degree in food technology, food engineering, or food science.
