Your profile

In detail, you will:

• Actively lead complex customer implementation projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality results.
• Present implementation strategies to blue-chip customers, demonstrating our delivery credibility and ability to manage complex projects.
• Engage directly with customers to design and develop customized implementation plans tailored to their needs.
• Participate in project governance meetings, providing quality and risk control, and developing mitigation strategies for project risks.
• Manage internal and external service providers to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Your profile

In detail, you will:

• Lead complex customer implementation projects, working with cross-functional teams to ensure success.
• Present strategies to high-profile clients, showcasing our delivery capabilities.
• Work directly with clients to develop tailored implementation plans.
• Participate in governance meetings, managing quality and risks.
• Coordinate with service providers to deliver seamless customer experiences.

We would like to hear from you if you:

• Hold a degree in architecture, urban planning, sustainability, engineering, management consulting, software engineering, construction management, or related fields.
• Have excellent digital literacy and can communicate complex software solutions to both executives and technical teams.
• Possess 3+ years of project management experience in technology, construction, consulting, or real estate.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
• Can manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Are experienced in budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control.
• Are familiar with project management tools and software.
• Have experience managing teams and stakeholder collaboration.
• Can communicate fluently in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Are self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Hold project management certifications (e.g., SCRUM, PMP) as a bonus.
• Are willing to travel as needed.
