Your Role:

The Commercial Territory Manager will aim to surpass quarterly sales targets by developing new opportunities in Germany. If you’re excited about working with over 1,400 colleagues, 30,000 customers, and a range of innovative cybersecurity products globally, and value being appreciated for who you are and what you do, we’d love to connect regarding this opening. Your primary responsibilities include hunting new opportunities and partnering closely with channel partners to deliver best-in-class Cyber Exposure products.

  • Identify and communicate Tenable’s unique value to address customer pain points
  • Enthusiastically promote Tenable’s solutions to key decision-makers in your territory
  • Manage your business strategically—research prospects, understand customer needs, engage channel partners, plan marketing campaigns, and utilize internal support
  • Upsell and cross-sell within existing customer accounts
  • Exceed quota goals using Tenable’s strategic sales methodology
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint plans, identify white space, build sales pipelines, and nurture opportunities to closure
  • Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver both business and technical value
  • Focus on your professional growth, whether in field sales, management, or operations
What You'll Need:
  • Native German speaker
  • Over 3 years of sales experience in the commercial/mid-market space
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close sales deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills over the phone
  • Experience selling security, SaaS, or software
  • Experience building long-term relationships with channel partners
  • Proven success in exceeding quotas and KPIs
  • Team player attitude
Ideally, you also have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with MEDDPICC methodology
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Groove, Demandbase, LinkedIn Navigator, and Tableau
  • Cybersecurity knowledge
