We’re searching for a Regional Director of Sales (Northern Europe) in Munich to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, planning, and successfully executing the sales strategy to meet revenue targets within your portfolio of edyn properties. You will hold commercial responsibility for B2B sales, aiming to grow edyn’s market share, increase sales of room nights, and achieve specific B2B revenue goals. Your focus will be on developing and expanding revenues from existing and new B2B customers, including Travel Management Companies (TMCs), Serviced Apartment Booking Agencies (SABAs), consortia, and other intermediaries.

You will lead a high-performing sales team, responsible for implementing strategic sales objectives to achieve budgeted B2B revenue targets.

A role less ordinary.
  1. Define and lead the regional sales strategy to deliver budgeted B2B room nights and revenue.
  2. Develop and maintain individual Sales and Marketing Plans for each property, outlining activities to achieve the desired business mix.
  3. Set account growth and new business targets, coaching your team to develop plans to meet these goals.
  4. Manage and develop a motivated regional sales team to grow revenue in line with targets.
  5. Recruit and develop resilient, outcome-focused sales team members who embody our values.
  6. Represent the voice of business customers within edyn, leveraging market intelligence and customer insights.
  7. Shape future business customer products, collaborating with Distribution, IT, and Digital teams to optimize platforms, enhance customer journeys, and increase retention and conversion.
  8. Guide your team in selling our proposition and negotiating agreements to position edyn as a preferred supplier through various channels.
Who you are.
  • Extensive B2B sales experience with a proven track record of growth in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
  • A results-driven individual passionate about achieving commercial targets.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement B2B sales strategies across an organization.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with senior leadership.
  • Ability to operationalize strategic plans into tangible results.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, commercially aware, and numerate, with a knack for identifying opportunities.
  • Comfortable working within a matrix organization and leading through others.

The role is primarily based at your local Locke property, with travel to London and other locations as required. You will work flexibly, with 3 days on property or at an edyn location, and 2 days from home.
