As a Managing IT-Consultant, you will be a key player in our company's success, working at the intersection of business units and IT with our clients. You will actively shape core business processes and manage complex projects from conception to implementation.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Leading and supporting complex IT projects, including requirements and stakeholder management.
2. Developing tailored roadmaps for digital transformation strategies.
3. Designing IT architectures to support business processes.
4. Planning and conducting client workshops and coaching in software engineering.
5. Engaging in acquisition and presales activities.
6. Contributing to the development of adesso and your clients, driving digital transformation topics forward.

Qualifications include a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable qualification. A keen eye for essentials, passion for digital transformation, and enthusiasm for new technologies and tools are essential.

Extensive consulting experience with IT expertise, especially in designing and implementing modern IT architectures and frameworks, demonstrated through knowledge of tools and methods like development environments, testing tools, CASE tools, UML, RUP, Scrum, and V-Model.

You should also possess strong persuasion skills, a high degree of responsibility, results orientation, and an open, communicative, and helpful personality, with analytical and conceptual skills.

Proficiency in German (spoken and written) and willingness to travel for projects are required. We aim to accommodate your situation by organizing local projects whenever possible.
