_ Handling customer claim from 0km and field

_ Coordinate on customer audit preparation & follow up with production plant

_ Relationshipwith engineering department,oversea plant and Divisional Quality department

Through the Project / Ramp up / Mass production phase, QMC team deal wide view quality coordination for general automotive industry.
