Your responsibilities

1. Serve as the central contact for asset-related budget planning and act as the primary interface to Finance for Mid Term Planning and forecasting.
2. Own, develop, and maintain the project and maintenance list, ensuring it is the central process for planning asset-related risk and maintenance investments.
3. Seek opportunities to improve processes and tools, implementing enhancements through cross-functional cooperation.
4. Develop and conduct regular training sessions on tools and processes for key site stakeholders.
5. Provide detailed analysis of planned and current spending profiles, identify optimization opportunities, and monitor changes throughout the fiscal year.
6. Coordinate in-year project prioritization and manage the operational project approval pipeline.

Your profile

1. A relevant university degree in economics, finance, engineering, or natural sciences.
2. Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
3. Work experience in operational planning and management of similar processes is highly desirable.
4. Solid commercial and financial knowledge, with a good understanding of planning processes.
5. Ability to work effectively across hierarchies, technologies, and countries, with strong stakeholder management skills.
6. Willingness to undertake international travel.
7. Business fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or other European languages is beneficial.
