Location : Remote in Germany (preferably South). Onboarding in Stuttgart.

WFH policy : Remote

Industry : Manufacturing Tech / AI

Product : AI-powered spare parts identification and supply chain optimisation platform for OEM machinery companies

Size and functions of local team :

  1. Collaboration with sales and product teams
  2. Full CSM ownership focusing on machinery companies (Mittelstand & enterprise)
  3. Primary stakeholders : Heads of AfterSales Service and Spare Parts
  4. Customer visits : up to 4 / month, potentially 1 full travel week
  5. Leading onboarding, building customer trust, and managing projects
  6. Handover from sales, onboarding, data gathering, coordinating in Synthavo, presenting results
  7. Building the CSM function and customer success processes

Salary range & secondary benefits :

  • 80K OTE (variable linked to ARR 10%)
