The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, they drive store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
The schedule varies weekly but requires at least 25 hours per week, including availability on weekends and certain holidays. During peak times, hours may increase to support business needs.
