What you can expect

  • Responsibility for sales activities in Europe
  • Active acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customers (OEMs as well as Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers) through regular customer visits
  • Close collaboration with local and international sales colleagues
  • Preparation and follow-up of offers and negotiation of orders
  • Participation in the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Representation of the company at trade fairs and conferences
  • Responsibility for reporting and monthly forecasts

What we expect

  • Successfully completed technical studies or a comparable qualification, such as a technical business economist or similar training
  • First professional experience in international sales of complex products, ideally in special machinery or automotive supplier industry
  • Knowledge in handling CRM systems
  • High standards for your sales success
  • Personal and technical convincing skills as well as negotiation skills
  • High motivation, initiative, and commitment
  • Fluent English skills and a high willingness to travel internationally
