  • Champion your team: Lead multiple locations within your region by managing local managers and operations. Build, develop, and set the standard for an open, inclusive environment. Be fully committed to your teams' success and actively support their growth.
  • Inspire first-class customer experiences: Support your managers and sales teams in delivering excellent customer journeys. Handle escalated customer cases and analyze trends for continuous service improvement.
  • Lead through change: Adapt to Tesla’s fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Support your teams and deliver results despite ongoing changes.
What You'll Bring
  • A strong people leader with significant experience managing multiple teams within retail sales and operations. Proven ability to lead, develop, and energize teams in an inclusive environment.
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes and performance management, with experience coaching teams and managing individual performance.
