• Set business strategy & performance: Develop growth strategies for your area, contribute to decisions on real estate footprint, take accountability for achieving ambitious sales and delivery targets, and ensure the business performs on key success criteria. • Drive operational excellence: As a hands-on coach with strong business acumen, seek continuous performance improvement. Drive, monitor, and leverage KPIs to ensure success, manage operations, and lead ongoing development within your area. Foster awareness, create ownership, and inspire your team to reach goals.
• Champion your team: Lead multiple locations within your region by managing local managers and operations. Build, develop, and set the standard for an open, inclusive environment. Be fully committed to your teams' success and actively support their growth.
• Inspire first-class customer experiences: Support your managers and sales teams in delivering excellent customer journeys. Handle escalated customer cases and analyze trends for continuous service improvement.
• Lead through change: Adapt to Tesla’s fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Support your teams and deliver results despite ongoing changes.
