Your Responsibilities

• Enhance customer experience through cross-data analysis to optimize site utilization and commercial returns for both customers and E.ON.
• Lead work packages aimed at improving our commercial data management and increasing automation across end-to-end processes.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify systemic issues and develop recommendations in collaboration with our technical team.
• Create regular dashboards and management reports to monitor the performance of our eMobility operations.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across various teams and partners.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data sciences, engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Professional experience in data management and analytics.
• Experience in evaluating data collections and creating performance dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI.
• Strong communication skills in English and German, with the ability to persuade and drive solutions effectively.
• Knowledge of e-mobility or electrical infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience in project management and leading project teams.
• Experience working with external partners.
• Proactive attitude with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
