Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement new logistics processes in daily operations.
2. Onboard new service providers in our 3rd-party logistics and enhance our in-house capacities.
3. Negotiate logistics contracts.
4. Manage daily logistics for our brands “Wir Kaufen Dein Auto” and “Autohero” across Germany.
5. Address capacity bottlenecks in our transport and storage network.
6. Lead and develop your team members.

Reporting Line

You will report directly to our Director of Consumer Logistics Europe.

Qualifications

• German at C1 level, English at least at B2 level.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics or a dynamic startup environment.
• Initial leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners at all hierarchical levels, especially in contract negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple operational challenges under time pressure.
