UI/UX Developer

Do you want to design tools that help decision-makers act faster and smarter? As a UI/UX Developer on our team, you’ll create intuitive, mission-focused interfaces and dashboards that bring data to life. You’ll combine your understanding of user needs, data visualization, and digital workflows to design experiences that are both impactful and easy to use.

You’ll work closely with intelligence analysts, developers, and mission stakeholders to prototype, test, and refine visualizations and applications that support real-world decision-making. Whether you’re wireframing new interfaces, building dashboards in ESRI or Tableau, or styling pages with CSS, your design thinking and technical skills will ensure users can focus on insight—not on navigating clunky systems.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team committed to delivering meaningful digital products that support national security. Sound like you? Let’s build something better, together.

You Have:

  • Experience creating wireframes or prototypes to communicate design concepts to users, stakeholders, or development teams
  • Experience with one or more dashboarding or visualization tools
  • Experience supporting user acceptance testing or user validation during product development
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 11+ years of experience in UI/UX development, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience with UI/UX development, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with UI/UX development
Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SharePoint development or customization
  • Experience applying CSS for styling web interfaces
  • Experience building dashboards or user interfaces in intelligence or mission-driven environments
  • Experience with enterprise intelligence platforms such as FADE or Bodhi
