Do you want to design tools that help decision-makers act faster and smarter? As a UI/UX Developer on our team, you’ll create intuitive, mission-focused interfaces and dashboards that bring data to life. You’ll combine your understanding of user needs, data visualization, and digital workflows to design experiences that are both impactful and easy to use.
You’ll work closely with intelligence analysts, developers, and mission stakeholders to prototype, test, and refine visualizations and applications that support real-world decision-making. Whether you’re wireframing new interfaces, building dashboards in ESRI or Tableau, or styling pages with CSS, your design thinking and technical skills will ensure users can focus on insight—not on navigating clunky systems.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, experience, and organizational requirements. The projected salary range is $77,500 to $176,000 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
