How you will create an impact:

• Identify, understand, and analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders from the finance department.
• Create requirement documents and design global, innovative solution concepts and proposals.
• Implement solutions into the SAP system responsibly, in alignment with stakeholders, following best practices.
• Ensure SAP FI/CO process compliance and finance process excellence using Signavio.
• Participate actively in the global S/4 HANA rollout, focusing on legal local requirements.
• Serve as a global contact for all Finance key users.
• Identify process gaps and improvement potentials; provide second and third-level support for escalated issues.
• Manage relations with internal teams, external service providers, and software providers.
• Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and technical configurations.
• Participate in external workshops, conferences, and trade fairs to stay updated on trends.

About you:

• Apprenticeship as an IT specialist or a bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, IT, or related fields such as business administration.
• Approximately 5 years of SAP FI/CO in-house consulting experience.
• Proven experience in international S/4 HANA rollouts, ideally in public cloud implementation.
• Strong understanding of international financial requirements.
• Good knowledge of SAP PS or SD modules.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical info to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• Focus on user satisfaction, understanding needs, and meeting expectations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English for international communication.
