Job Description

Hydrafacial is seeking a Capital Sales Manager - Stuttgart to sell capital equipment into aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas in Southwest Germany. This role involves proactive lead generation, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams for device installation and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Introduce Hydrafacial products to clinics by engaging with physicians, aestheticians, spa managers, and office staff.
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate ROI to help clients position Hydrafacial treatments.
  • Generate leads through cold-calling, visits, networking, and social media.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and develop strategic selling techniques.
  • Coordinate with the Account Management team post-sale for consumables and ongoing support.
  • Participate in trade shows domestically and in EMEA.
  • Accurately log all activities in the CRM system, ensuring high data quality and reliable reporting.
  • Support BDMs with trade-up and second device sales, and aim for high ASP.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of account management or new business development experience.
  • Experience selling into aesthetic or high-end spa/clinic environments, with existing relationships preferred.
  • Experience selling capital equipment to physicians, including via third-party financing.
  • Ability to prospect and maintain a robust pipeline using strategic techniques.
  • Willingness to travel extensively; valid driver’s license required.
  • Proven success in closing sales based on ROI and business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong mathematical understanding for explaining business models.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed.
  • Fluent in German; English skills are a plus.
