In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Akquisition neuer Marken und die Entwicklung von Geschäftsstrategien verantwortlich. Die ideale Kandidatin oder der ideale Kandidat hat umfangreiche Erfahrung im B2B- und B2C-Bereich sowie hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in mehreren Sprachen.

Qualifikationen

  • Fließend in Deutsch, Italienisch und Englisch (C1 Minimum).
  • Erfahrung in der Übertreffung von Verkaufszielen.
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Marketing, insbesondere E-Commerce oder SaaS.

Our vision is to make Amazon the best place for third party Sellers of all sizes to grow and serve customers, leveraging world-class tools and services. The Senior New Key Account Manager will establish and own key Seller relationships with top-tier companies to identify, evaluate, and drive their ultimate success. Serving as the face of Amazon Fashion, you will lead discussions with internal and external leaders to optimize the growth of leading industry brands. You will develop mechanisms to overcome blockers, and will navigate the intersection between Seller goals, Amazon Fashion priorities, and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have B2B and B2C experience, excellent communication skills, go-to-market experience, and the ability to drive programmatic success at scale.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Strategic Growth & Account Management
  • Acquire a new Tier 1 brand for Amazon (incl. Cold Calling)
  • Drive growth for complex, high-value accounts
  • Develop and implement account strategies and joint business plans
  • Launch and scale high-profile sellers
  • Negotiate and structure strategic partnerships
  1. Stakeholder Management & Leadership
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across organizations
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration
  • Own strategic planning and performance tracking
  • Contribute to business reviews and strategy documents
  • Execute strategic initiatives
  • Ensure delivery of business commitments
Grundqualifikationen
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
  • Fluent German, Italian & English languages (written & spoken), C1 minimum are required. The role involves complex negotiation skills in Sellers native languages of German and Italian or English
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
