We are looking for a

Junior Business Development Manager Poland/CEE (m/f/d)

For our fast growing division Reflective Solutions,

Your responsibilities

  • Actively identifying and acquiring new business customers and building a customer base for two product segments
  • Sales management in the direct and indirect sales channel throughout Poland and selected CEE countries (B2G, B2B, B2C)
  • Presentation of products at the client's and participation in industry fairs
  • Competition monitoring and market analysis for new sales opportunities
  • Preparation of commercial offers
  • Ongoing and direct customer service (via e-mail, telephone and meetings)
  • Establishing and maintaining business relationships with key clients
  • Conducting effective presentations and commercial negotiations
  • Frequent business trips in Poland and CEE

Your Qualifications

  • Higher technical or business education
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and development of sales channels
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent knowledge of English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Great independence in organizing work
  • Self-confidence, optimism, openness to new challenges, commitment
  • Ability to acquire new clients and buildlong-term relationships
  • Experience in the public sector is an additional advantage
  • Category B driving license
  • Ability to travel frequently for business purposes (a necessary condition)
