• Perform maintenance and repairs on mobile and stationary waterjet systems.
• Supervise the rental park independently, including instruction, handover/return, care, and maintenance.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers on projects.
• Offer technical advice to customers regarding problems and applications, both onsite and via telephone.
• Promote and sell accessories during service visits.
• Provide technical-practical training in automotive, agricultural, or construction machinery fields, requiring several years of experience in a technical profession.
• Stay curious about new technologies.
• Work independently with commitment.
• Think and act customer-oriented.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, primarily day trips.
• Possess a trailer license or be willing to acquire one.
