Job Description:

• Take full responsibility for the planning, documentation and implementation of content and organizational tasks in the context of OneBI target IT service solutions & architectures
• Single point of contact & partners towards Business Units
• Ensure that service deliverables are completed within agreed quality, time and cost, including project controlling, risk management and status reporting
• Gather requirements for demands and define suitable BI solution strategies and architectures, which are long-term proven and at the same time pragmatic while considering innovative technologies
• Close coordination and collaboration with all project members, the product-owners and other relevant internal/external parties.
• Rollout vision ownership, responsibility of scheduling and setting up the project milestones.
• Documentation and organization of stand-up meetings, retrospectives and planning meetings
• Work on service/project and change-/investment requests, contribute to supplier call for proposals
• Manage & lead the service/project team, contribute to real implementation steps
• Define and evolve guidelines, frameworks and processes, ensure complete service documentation
• Consider IT Security and Data Protection requirements by design, collaborating with these teams
• Prepare an efficient service setup and ensure a smooth handover to operation and support
• Contribute to reviewing new technologies and driving architecture innovations

Requirements

Your profile:

• Graduate qualification in computer science, information systems or proven experiences
• Multi-year practical experience with architecting and building AI-BI solutions, including requirements gathering, architecture definition and hands-on implementation
• Advanced AI-BI and Big Data architecture, frameworks and governance experience
• Cloud architecture experience, in particular with AWS and/or Azure is advantageous
• Know-how and experience with Informatica IDMC, Qlik Replicate, Oracle & Snowflake DB, SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, Azure services, SAP Analytics Cloud is advantageous
• Significant service/project management knowledge and experience including complex service/project, international teams and Board level stakeholder presentations and status reporting
• Good (user) knowledge in the field of Microsoft Office as well as in agile tools such as MIRO, JIRA / Confluence or ServiceNow.
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented and innovative attitude
• Strong presentation, moderation, communication and coaching skills with intercultural competence
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Logistics know-how would be good
