Your Role

1. You will be responsible for buying services across our main office locations for one of our main categories (Professional Services, FM, RnD).
2. Oversee the supplier base within your category and lead negotiations across locations, using appropriate e-sourcing tools and techniques (RFQ, Ariba).
3. Execute procurement tasks according to the global strategy while ensuring high-quality projects and services.
4. Maintain close cooperation and alignment with operational, global procurement, and stakeholders to ensure consistent and efficient implementation of tasks.
5. Support business partnering to drive continuous improvement through cost-saving projects, organizing trials, implementing supplier changes, and tracking savings.
6. Ensure compliance with Essity procedures, purchasing policies, and financial instructions.

You Identify Yourself With

1. A university / BA / BS college degree within a relevant field (Business, Economics) and at least 2 years of experience in procurement with demonstrated strategic sourcing competence.
2. Experience with indirect services (HR, FM, Professional Services).
3. Proven ability to support multi-functional projects in an international work environment.
4. The ability to work in a fast-paced, change-rich, complex matrix organization with evolving priorities.
5. Good knowledge of contract law.
6. Independence, self-starter attitude, ownership of tasks, motivated by high service levels and results.
7. Fluent in English (written and oral); second language preferred.
