Qualifikationen

Job Description:

The IT Business Development Team mainly supports +40 Development Teams at ABOUT YOU Tech in structuring and optimizing their projects and processes. They work closely with top management and Tech & Product Leads. Projects include software selection, migrations, cost planning, IT investments, cost savings, process implementation, and change projects.

The Process Manager role supports change management, organizational changes, process implementation, and workshop moderation across the company. Do you enjoy engaging with diverse topics, processes, and people to provide support? Do you want to work on solutions with various stakeholders to increase efficiency?

What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including leads and development teams from ABOUT YOU and SCAYLE, gaining insights into their workflows.
  • Ensure continuous improvement by moderating retrospectives and process reviews.
  • Moderate workshops on team building, cross-team processes, lessons learned, and agile/lean practices.
  • Improve tech organization through lean process optimization, automation, and organizational change management.
  • Act as a problem-solver and change agent, finding pragmatic solutions.
  • Become a JIRA administrator to support process implementation for tech and non-tech teams.
  • Gain insights into various teams and processes across ABOUT YOU, working with the latest technologies.

Who you are

  • At least 1 year of experience in project management or process implementation.
  • You demonstrate initiative, solution orientation, and creativity.
  • You are highly organized and work in a structured manner.
  • You have an analytical and thoughtful approach.
  • Fluent in English (C2 level), written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Experience with agile/lean methods like Scrum, Kanban, XP (e.g., as Agile Coach/Scrum Master).
  • Consulting background.
  • Experience with JIRA & Confluence, including admin knowledge.
  • Change management experience, especially in organizational change.
  • IT consulting background.
  • Agile certification or experience in agile processes.
  • Degree in Work/Business Psychology or similar.
