Pangea Made GmbH, part of the Pangea Made Group, is a leading international supplier in the automotive leather industry with over 100 years of experience. We serve major automotive manufacturers worldwide, offering handcrafted leather technology for designing high-end vehicle interiors.

We are seeking a Senior Designer (m/f/d) in CMF (color, material, finish) design to join our team in Mülheim an der Ruhr or Stuttgart, Germany. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop high-quality leather products for OEM customers.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with OEM color & trim designers
• Interpret customer requirements into new leather products
• Create holistic leather design concepts including color and enrichments (perforation, embossing, embroidery, quilting, printing)
• Translate design concepts into production-ready drawings
• Conduct trend research and develop global design presentations

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in CMF design, industrial, graphic, textile design, or related field
• 8-10+ years of professional design experience, preferably in mobility design
• Strong skills in materials and color integration, with keen color nuance identification
• Creative with a good understanding of consumer trends and material preferences
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; excellent presentation skills
• Experience working in international environments
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and passionate about design
• Structured and solution-oriented work approach
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
