As Manager Global Talent Acquisition (f/m/d), you will be part of our Global Culture & People Team and report directly to the Director Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. In this role, you will manage the planning, development, and execution of the Global Talent Acquisition strategy of STADA Group, ensuring we hire the best talents in the industry.

  • You will significantly influence our company culture by hiring talent that raises the bar for STADA globally.
  • You will conceptualize and implement the global recruitment strategy – from recruitment process, sourcing, to onboarding – ensuring it is tailored and flexible for each market, region, and role, aligning with our vision and values, and communicating effectively to stakeholders.
  • You will monitor, track, and analyze recruitment performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • You will share your knowledge and ensure our recruitment community and hiring managers are up-to-speed on hiring standards.
  • You will collaborate with regional/country Culture & People leads and GMs, demonstrating strategic insight to understand opportunities for business growth through talent acquisition.
  • You will serve as the internal single point of contact for regional recruiting colleagues.
  • You should have a proven track record in talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational or global company, with an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • You should have at least 5-7 years of experience in developing and implementing global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • You should be familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and sourcing methods.
  • You should have a proactive attitude and the ability to turn ideas into action.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required; additional languages like German are a plus.
  • You should possess outstanding collaboration skills, including influencing and motivating without direct authority.
