Responsibilities:

• Project management for complex, exciting, and innovative building construction projects in service phases 1–5 of the HOAI
• Development of sophisticated solutions from concept to detail for various building typologies
• Management of the project team with responsibility for content and budget
• Serving as the central point of contact for clients, user representatives, and the design team
• Ensuring precise, reliable, and results-oriented communication with clients and planning partners

Qualifications:

• Completed degree in architecture
• Several years of professional experience in design and implementation planning
• Experience with model-based planning (BIM)
• Knowledge of Autodesk, Revit, or ArchiCAD
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• High architectural design standards and technical expertise
• Assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, and acting
• Strong social skills and ability to work independently
