Position Overview

As our Google Ads Manager, you will design, automate, and scale high-performing paid-search campaigns in English and German. Your focus will be on tactics to increase ROI from our media budget, with a test-and-optimise mindset, including A/B testing copy, audiences, and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design account architecture, match-type strategies, and automated bidding frameworks for search, PMax, and remarketing.
  • Conduct multilingual keyword research; craft high-converting ad copy and extensions.
  • Iterate landing pages using CRO best practices; collaborate with designers and developers.
  • Execute structured A/B tests.
  • Track and report on CPL, ROAS, funnel velocity using GA4, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
  • Ensure seamless conversion tracking (Tag Manager/GA4). Stay current with EU privacy and consent regulations, managing risk and compliance.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written German (C2) and English.
  • 4-6 years of deep Google Ads expertise; proven management of budgets ≥ €500k (ideally €1m+).
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Ability to write, QA, and optimise native ad copy.
  • Strong analytics/BI skills (BigQuery, SQL, or advanced Excel).
  • Proven success in automating and scaling Performance Max campaigns.
