Job Description

TechStyle Fashion Group is currently looking for a Sales Manager Wholesale based in Berlin, Germany.

Founded in 2013, Fabletics brings the fashion-house approach into the activewear space. By fusing style-centric design with high-performance technology, we’ve evolved activewear beyond the gym, into every walk of life. Driven by our innovative VIP membership program serving over 2 million loyal members, we deliver premium quality at affordable prices with weekly new collections in sizes XXS-4X for women and XS-4X for men.

As Sales Manager Wholesale, you will be responsible for developing and executing the wholesale sales strategy in the European region. You will work closely with retail partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders to grow the brand’s presence and drive revenue in the wholesale segment.

You will report into the VP Commercial Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the strategic plan for the new B2B in all European markets.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage key wholesale accounts, ensuring strong and lasting partnerships.
  • Drive revenue growth by negotiating contracts, pricing, and distribution agreements.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align wholesale strategies with brand positioning.
  • Monitor sales performance, set targets, and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Represent Fabletics at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and market developments.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in fashion, activewear, or retail.
  • Strong network of contacts within the wholesale and retail industry in Europe.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and sales reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
