We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our Munich Operations team. As an Operations Associate, you will enhance our fleet, coordinate our teams in the warehouse and in the field, and be the local eyes and ears on the ground to understand the local needs of our riders. You will tackle challenges from the moment a vehicle arrives in our warehouse until a customer ends their ride. This role offers a great opportunity to shape the future of mobility in Munich, Germany. The individual must live within a commutable distance from the Munich warehouse, as this is an onsite position.

What you'll do:

1. Hire, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support staff responsible for deploying and retrieving shared electric vehicles.
2. Build a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment supporting a fully operational fleet for Munich, Germany.
3. Define new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence within the warehouse.
4. Partner cross-functionally on operations projects to identify expansion opportunities within your region(s).
5. Define and monitor KPIs related to profitability, revenue, and operational performance.
6. Support complaint management and customer incident investigations.
7. Collaborate with the local Government Relations team to manage legal, regulatory, and safety issues.
8. Maintain positive relationships with customers, regulators, employees, and Lime management.
9. Work with Engineering and Product teams on local initiatives for revenue growth.

About you:

1. 1-3 years of professional work experience, preferably including at least 1 year in operations.
2. Experience leading teams or groups is preferred.
3. Knowledge of the Munich, Germany region and ability to anticipate local operational needs and challenges.
4. Grit and entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
5. High energy, sound decision-making skills, and a cost-focused mindset based on data.
6. Fluent verbal and written skills in English and German.
7. Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of Tableau and SQL is a plus.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
