Job Description:

What to expect:

1. Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of wet process module relevant equipment, including technical assessment/selection, introduction, phase-in, hook-up, tuning, and maintenance.
2. Responsible for capability building and team management related to wet process modules. Build team structure and enhance the competitiveness in equipment technology.
3. Provide technological insights and plan relevant manufacturing equipment to stay aligned with industrial trends, preparing key equipment technology and building core know-how.
4. Manage equipment upgrades, modifications, or second-source substitutions to improve efficiency, stability, and throughput, and resolve significant technological issues.

What you bring along:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or similar within the semiconductor industry.
2. Over 12 years of experience with semiconductor wet process equipment introduction or development, with experience in SiC product introduction or production.
3. Successful mass production experience in leading factories is highly beneficial.
4. Good understanding of the industry's trough and monolithic etching, cleaning equipment, CMP equipment, or electroplating equipment.
5. Familiarity with industry wet process equipment suppliers and understanding of equipment design architecture.
6. Ability to independently improve equipment and analyze and solve online machine and product abnormalities.
7. Experience in training new employees and leading team members to complete scheduled work; experience in team development and daily technology management is preferred.
8. Hands-on mentality and an open mindset for cross-cultural work environments.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German and/or Chinese skills are a plus.
10. Willingness to travel internationally or participate in delegations.
